FAQ
An arborist is a qualified tree professional trained in tree biology, health, risk assessment, pruning and removal. Arborists help ensure trees are managed safely, sustainably and in accordance with industry best practice.
Some trees are protected by local planning controls, vegetation overlays or council regulations. Requirements vary between councils and properties. We can help identify whether permits are required and assist with the application process where needed.
Yes. We provide emergency response services for storm-damaged, fallen and hazardous trees. Our team can assess the situation, make the area safe and carry out any necessary removal or clean-up works.
Yes. We provide stump grinding services that remove the stump below ground level, allowing the area to be replanted, landscaped or returned to use. The remaining material is blended with soil, leaving the site tidy and ready for its next purpose.
Absolutely. Mulch and timber generated during tree works can be left on-site if requested, provided there is suitable access and storage space available. We can also remove all material as part of our service.
Many tree health issues can be identified and managed before removal becomes necessary. We provide tree health assessments, soil improvement services, AirSpade investigations and treatments for issues such as Elm Leaf Beetle, helping trees remain healthy for as long as possible.
Roots 2 Leaves provides arboricultural, vegetation management and environmental services throughout East Gippsland and surrounding regions. Contact us to discuss projects outside our standard service area.
